Additionally, there is a separate grant available to small businesses that qualify for small business rates relief. This won’t be available until April, and the local authority will write to each eligible business, you can’t apply separately. This grant can be up to £10k, but it is not yet clear how the amount is calculated. We will update as and when information becomes available.
